vegan brown rice

organic brown rice
organic dill weed
organic chopped red onion
organic thyme
organic garlic
organic hijiki seaweed
optional nutritional yeast

cook rice by directions on package. add everything at the same time in whatever amounts you want.

the FDA claims that hijiki seaweed should not be consumed regulary due to the high amounts of arsenic present in the vegetable which can increase risk of cancer. don't worry about that. we are all going to get cancer eventually. it has 6g of fiber per 30 calories.
