use the microwave so you don't lose nutrients into the water that you'd have to drain if you boiled. put the okra in the microwave until it is very hot. use a giant bowl. okra should fill the entire bowl, which should be gigantic. then put nutritional yeast on the okra. nutritional yeast has 4g fiber and 8g protein and 45 calories for one scoop. it's good to make a giant bowl of this.
